Baidu is one of the largest Chinese tech companies in the world. Its products range from Internet-related tech to artificial intelligence-driven innovation. Founded in January 2000 by Robin Li and Eric Xu, the company is currently headquartered in Beijing’s Haidian District.

After an initial IPO in the US, Baidu is eyeing a second one in Hong Kong, following the footsteps of Alibaba, JD.com, and NetEase. Through the Hong Kong listing, it wants to raise $3.1 billion. The company is selling 95 million shares priced at $38.05 apiece.
The company will go public on March 23.
