News chips from Intel

The year began on the right foot for Intel

Intel stock price gained 0.9% after the company revealed its lineup of chips.

Intel will launch four families of chips in the near future, along with a new laptop and desktop chips. Its latest chips are divided to serve different markets. Part of the processors is meant for business as they have security measures incorporated, while others are meant to be used when playing complex videogames.

The company differentiate itself from the competition – such as Nvidia, and AMD, which experienced supply shortages due to the pandemic – by developing and manufacturing its chips in-house.
