About Porsche AG
Porsche AG is a German automobile manufacturer based in Stuttgart, Baden-Württemberg, Germany, founded in 1931; that specializes in high-performance sports cars, SUVs, and sedans. The company is best known for producing powerful, precise-handling sports cars, most notably the iconic Porsche 911. While capable on the track, Porsches distinguish themselves on the street by being entertaining and comfortable enough for daily driving.
In the twenty-first century, Porsche has expanded its lineup to include four-door vehicles, including SUVs (the Macan and Cayenne) and sedans (the Panamera and the electric Taycan). This model expansion has significantly increased sales, making the company more stable and profitable.

The two companies have collaborated since the 1960s, and Volkswagen purchased a 49.9% stake in Porsche AG in 2009 before acquiring the remainder of the company a few years later.

IPO Figures
In preparation for the IPO, the share capital of Porsche AG has been divided into 911 million shares, 50% of which are Preferred Shares and 50% of which are ordinary bearer shares. The company expects to raise from the public offering between EUR 8.71 bn to EUR 9.39 bn.

Within the current market conditions, Porsche AG's valuation ranges between EUR 70 billion and EUR 85 billion.
