Roblox hasn’t provided an official date for its debut, nor a price for its shares. What we do know is that Roblox has chosen a direct listing, instead of an initial public offering, following into the footsteps of Spotify, Slack, and Palantir.
Valuation
During nine rounds of funding, the company raised $855.7 million, reaching a valuation of $29.5 billion after the latest funding round, where the shares were priced at $45 apiece.
